You are responsible for

  • Owner of inventory, customs, logistics and export control compliance for district. Act as District Export Control Officer (ECO) on CPCL screening.
  • Manage and measure performance (KPI) of 3PL providers, customs brokers, warehouse providers. Organize performance reviews cadence.
  • Approve invoices and ensure PO compliance of logistics and warehouse vendors.
  • Support Sales Support on IWD cost in quotation to customers.
  • Support Quality and Regulatory on local labelling activities, SIRIM and LPTA e-permit application.
  • Ensure cost are correctly charged to project or business cost center.
  • Submit Internal Control self-assessment on Supply Chain Security Risk and Inventory, monthly.
  • Owner of audit elements related to Warehouse and Logistics – GDPMD etc.
  • Ship hold coordinator within district.
  • Manage on-time DEFOA return.
  • Shipment tracking with PCT and GBS OM to ensure on time arrival.
  • Stock write-off/scrap.
  • Provide logistic documentation for Letter of Credit bank presentation.
  • Assist and lead in custom audits whenever required.
  • Actively participate in LEAN logistics projects.

Logistics and Last Mile Delivery

  • Accountable for all Last Mile Providers (LMP) activities and services within the district and maintain valid Service Level Agreement, in collaboration with procurement and physical distribution.
  • Manage bonded and/or non-bonded, inflow and outflow shipments.
  • Interface to GBS OM and PCT on logistics documentations, inbound status, outbound arrangements and backorders.
  • On Time delivery (in full) to customer/site.
  • Point of contact for demo movement request.
  • Submission of document or application related to local district regulations. (e.g., e-Dagang for Equipment with Atomic Energy, SIRIM for wireless devices).

Inventory Management

  • Accountable for all inventory control within district - commercial equipment, demo equipment and 3rd parties (3pp).
  • Commercial and Demo Inventory management (aged and non-aged) including 3rd party (3pp) products.
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation.
  • Link up with AM/BMM to sell thru demo inventory before 2 years.
  • Cadence with Project Managers to address aged commercial inventory.

Warehouse Management

  • Adherence to Philips inbound, pick & pack and outbound process.
  • Conduct cycle count and stock accuracy analysis based on established frequency.
  • Plan and lead stock take. Publish report to Finance.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Having 5 years at least in related experiences.
  • Vendor management – custom brokers, last mile provider, warehouse, performance review etc.
  • Excel – Power BI, Analytics, other analytics tools
  • Analytics and continuous improvement skills. Lean, Six Sigma, Green belt desired.
  • Warehouse process – inbound, put-away, pick & pack, outbound.
